Job Description

A construction and remodeling company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.  You will be working Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Job Duties:

  • Complete AIA Contract Forms
  • Handle Payable and Receivables
  • Monitor contracts, process billings, and keep track of documents
  • Arrange project schedules, check with clients and vendors, and supervise workers
  • Work on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Perform office duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous administrative and basic accounting experience; Construction experience preferred
  • Must be familiar with AIA Contract Forms
  • Must be detailed-oriented and good with numbers
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be comfortable working, independently, in a busy office
  • Must possess good decision-making skills, able to follow directions, and able to multi-task
  • Must have good record keeping and follow-up skills

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$12 to $16/hr, based on experience
