Job Description

The Family Visit Coordinator/Scheduling Coordinator is a position that provides monitoring and coordinating of family and guardian visits with the residents of Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities. Schedules and facilitates both in-person and virtual visits to allow residents to continue their social relationships and interactions with others.

The core work schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm and may be subject to change to meet operational needs.

Qualifications: 

  • Age 18 or over required
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities or special needs is preferred
  • Prior experience planning activities and/or events is preferred
  • Must maintain current CPR/First Aid certification required
  • Proficient in various computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

Mantua – northern Portage County
