Job Description

A supply company is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service calls and periodic inspections
  • Communicate contract needs and/or status to customers and internal staff
  • Identify and resolve any issues regarding Customer Service
  • Enter customer orders, verify and confirm orders, and distribute accordingly
  • Prepare a variety of management reports
  • Oversee documentation control
  • Obtain or prepare all required paperwork
  • Solicit business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
  • Develop strong and positive relationships with customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have experience in customer service, service technician, or related field
  • Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills
  • Must have excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized 

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$14/hr temp; $16 to 18/hr perm
