Temp-Permanent Customer Care Center Representative – 4 Needed

Job Description

Are you outgoing and looking for a new career helping people? If so, keep reading. We are looking to fill immediate openings for Customer Care Center Representatives who will be a frontline support for incoming inquiries, handle product questions, process orders, and ensure first call resolution. You will work Monday through Friday from 10:15 a.m. to 7 p.m.; however, training will be done for the first two weeks from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the first two weeks.


  • Handle a high volume of incoming request from customers
  • Make outbound calls as needed to resolve customer issues, questions, and concerns
  • Gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, and educate the customer when necessary
  • Process credit card payments
  • Ensure all open cases are updated, assigned, and closed before end of shift
  • Understand and adhere to company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Adhere to key performance metrics
  • Perform other duties as needed 


  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience; 1 year experience working in an inbound call support roll
  • Must have knowledge of relevant software applications; previous Salesforce and/or Oracle knowledge is preferred
  • Must have strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter
  • Must have the ability to collaborate with others and work in a team environment 

Only candidate that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$16/hr temp; $17/hr perm
