Temp-Permanent Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity with our partner in Chagrin Falls.  An Administrative Assistant is needed to fill a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, transfer calls, and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule meeting and coordinate conferences
  • Produce sales proposals, spreadsheets, office forms, and contracts
  • Assist clients with cash flow and net worth analysis
  • Create financial plans
  • Maintain social media sites
  • Perform other duties as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Degree in Accounting and Financial Management
  • Must have previous Accounting experience
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and QuickBooks
  • Must have accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Must have strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities
  • Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters
