Full-Time Accounting/Administrative Assistant

Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who can also perform Accounting duties. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Duties:
• Perform bookkeeping and purchasing duties
• Match invoices, enter purchase orders, and accounts payables into QuickBooks
• Answer 3 incoming phone lines and meet and greet clients
• Perform general office duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Must have prior Accounting and Administrative experience
• Two years’ experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus
• Must be proficient using Word, Excel, and QuickBooks with accurate data entry skills
• Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, with the ability to multi-task
• Must have a professional business image

Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$17 to $19/hr, based on experience
