Full-Time Legal Administrator

Job Description

A local law firm is seeking a Legal Administrator to help the attorneys with document editing, reformatting, correspondence, and file organization.  In addition, you will convert PDF documents to Word, use Netdocuments, enter hours into Timeslips Software, and assist with client payment postings, making deposits, process billings, and update a weekly client status report.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Qualified candidates must have prior legal experience, must have basic bookkeeping skills, must be able to convert PDF Documents to Word and use Timeslips Software, must have strong word processing and accurate data entry skills, must have strong organizational skills, must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, and must be reliable.  Any candidate that has NetDocuments experience is a plus and experience working with calendars and coordinating conference calls is helpful.  Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.

$18/hr temp; $40k to $45k/yr, based on experience
