Job Description

This property management company is offering an immediate full-time opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to provide marketing, design, and administrative support, manage projects for corporate marketing, meet the marketing needs of real estate advisors and clients, and work within the marketing and research team to complete special projects.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 


  • Maintain constant inventory of marketing collateral for advisors
  • Routinely send out email blasts of corporate research publications
  • Enter and update data on a daily basis to multiple property listing databases
  • Support advisors by typing correspondence, sending documents, development spreadsheets and update contacts
  • Design and project marketing collaterial in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Create powerful and creative corporate collaterial using InDesign, utilizing Visual Identity
  • Develop and prepare proposals in close conjunction with advisors and executive leadership team
  • Wire clear and concise copy for corporate marketing collateral
  • Work closely with Brokerage team to develop plans for marketing of properties and implement ideas on behalf of the advisors
  • Manage and plan events as needed to promote properties
  • Manage social network accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokerage community and real estate vendors
  • Develop advertisement for business publications
  • Perform other duties as assigned 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years previous marketing or project management experience
  • Experience in real estate, marketing, event planning, and graphic design
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate and experience in commercial real estate processes is a plus
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Must have experience using Microsoft Office, Internet, Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Must be able to work within a team environment and be able to adapt to changes quickly in a past-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
  • Knowledge of AP System is a plus

$13 to 14/hr, based on experience
