Job Description

An educational facility is seeking a General Office Clerk to provide administrative and secretarial support.  You will perform reception duties, file maintenance and communicate with parents verbally and through written correspondence.  This is a part-time position working 3 days a week; either Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, or Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

Qualified candidates must have previous office experience, must have proficient Microsoft Office knowledge, must have excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, must have a professional appearance, must be comfortable getting up and down throughout the day, and must be patient, kind, and dependable.  Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
