Full-Time Executive Assistant

Job Description

A local management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work directly with the CEO and CFO providing personalized secretarial, administrative, and accounting support.  This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain contact list, correspondence, appointments, and calendar
  • Handle business and personal travel arrangements
  • Maintain CEO’s confidential and business files
  • Assist with special projects and basic IT duties
  • Develop and carry out an efficient filing system
  • Maintain CEO personal and business checking and credit card accounts and expense reports
  • Perform other duties as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous degree or experience in basic accounting and finance with basic bookkeeping experience
  • Must be familiar with basic accounting parlance and software, e.g., MRI, RealPage
  • Must be proficient with Word and Excel
  • Must have accurate data entry and typing skills
  • Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities
  • A polished professional with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is required
