Full-Time Customer Service Representative – 2 needed

Job Description

A growing facilities management service is seeking Customer Service Reps for full-time, long-term positions.   You will manage client accounts and dispatch requests for service calls, enter work orders into an in-house system, follow-up with store managers, possible schedule contractors, order materials, establish delivery, and handle other duties as assigned.  You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Qualified candidates must have prior experience in a call center environment, must have excellent communication skills, must be organized with the ability to prioritize, must be computer literate, and must have strong data entry skills.  Only candidates that can pass a drug test and background screen will be considered.
