About Us:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with Customers by providing fast and accurate information regarding the services provided and current job orders.
  • Open and maintain Customer accounts in company database.
  • Taking inbound phone calls and emails.
  • Assist our Customers with prompt, friendly and accurate help.
  • Guide Customers to the best overall solution.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Experience: 0 to 3 year’s related experience in Customer Service.
  • Computer Skills: Knowledge of and familiar with basic computer use.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $14 to $16 an Hour (based on experience)

Work Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday.
