Full-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Description

A local management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work directly with the Directors of Accounting and IT to provide personalized administrative, accounting, and analysis support.  This is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the daily operations of the office, answer the phones, greet guests
  • Order office supplies, handle outgoing regular and overnight mail, and stamp, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Type and file correspondence
  • Assist with various IT duties
  • Mail out invoices, statements, and checks
  • Deposit checks and cash received
  • Perform other duties as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous administrative, accounting, and basis IT experience
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
  • Must have accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Must have strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to set priorities 

Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.

$15/hr temp; $16/hr perm
